I tried to install Realtek driver. On the previous versions on Windows 10 it worked fine, but not now. The installation process goes well seamingly, but after restart there is no Realte control panel, no icon in the bottom right corner, so I'm unable to reconfigure the audio jack panel. Every time I uninstalled the previous driver before the new was installed. The notification bar is OK, because no icons is hidden, but there is no Realtek icon. I renamed the CPL file called "RTSnMg64.cpl" found in the Windows\System32 folder to "RTSnMg64" [I removed the .cpl extension], then type control.exe to load the Classic Control Panel and click on the link to display "All control panel items" and the "Beats Audio" or "DTS Sound" is gone (I also had to change or remove some registry entries relating to either beats audio or dts sound). I then close the control panel window, rename "RTSnMg64" back to "RTSnMg64.cpl" and reload the control panel window and I get back the classic Realtek HD Audio Manager control panel app. It was an unusual solution but it workedComments
