When move my mouse down to unhide it the taskbars on other monitors will go away and then looks like they reload back. It happenes everytime I show and hide the main taskbar with the mouse hover. Even Windows 10 does not provide quality support for multiple monitors. For example, the multi-monitor taskbar of Windows 10 does not support the Clock, the Notification area (system tray), or the Pin feature.What is more, the most popular OS, Windows 7, has no multi-monitor support at all.
